VEILWATCH COASTAL · MULTI‑LAYER SURVEILLANCE NODE
See every vessel. Especially the dark ones.
A passive, multi‑layer maritime surveillance platform purpose‑built for small island and coastal states — sovereign‑owned, solar‑capable, deployed where you actually need to watch, at a fraction of the cost of legacy radar networks.

THE PROBLEM
Half the traffic on your coastline is invisible to you.
Cooperative vessels broadcast identity and position. Non‑cooperative vessels — moving narcotics, fishing illegally, staging a landing — deliberately don't. Legacy radar networks were built for the first group and were too costly to deploy along an entire coastline. VEILWATCH Coastal closes that gap.
CORE CAPABILITIES
Multi‑modal vessel detection
Marine radar, RF intelligence, passive emissions, and AIS fused into one picture. Defeating one layer still leaves three.
Dark vessel identification
Vessels visible to radar or RF without an expected identity signal are flagged in real time and recorded as investigation cases.
AIS / transponder correlation
Cooperative data is cross‑referenced against physical contacts. Mismatches, drop‑offs, and identity spoofing surface automatically.
AI‑driven behavioural analytics
Loitering, sudden course changes, rendezvous events, and approaches to sensitive shoreline assets are flagged the moment they happen.
Distributed coastal coverage
Each node covers a coastal segment with overlap. Nodes network together for continuous coverage along an entire coastline.
Resilient connectivity
Cellular, satellite, or microwave uplink with auto‑failover. Local recording continues if all uplinks are lost.
COVERAGE · SINGLE NODE OPERATING PICTURE
One node. 24 nm. Every contact captured, classified, geolocated.
USE CASES · 08 MISSIONS
Counter‑narcotics
Inbound runs, rendezvous events, shoreline drops.
Illegal fishing
Foreign vessels in the EEZ without licence or AIS.
Border control
Approaches across the entire territorial sea line.
Search & rescue
Last‑known position and track on demand.
Port & harbour
Reef passages and harbour mouths under continuous watch.
Environmental
MPA incursions, illegal dumping, reef anchoring.
Fisheries mgmt
Compliance evidence with timestamped tracks.
Critical infra
Resorts, energy, cruise terminals, undersea cables.
DESIGNED FOR SOVEREIGN OPERATION
Your coastline. Your sensors. Your data.
National infrastructure, deployed and operated by the host government. Data captured by the system stays within the host jurisdiction and is governed by the host's laws. Fundamentally different from commercial maritime intelligence services that resell aggregated data back to governments on subscription.

FOR THE CARIBBEAN AND BEYOND
Designed around the operational realities of small island states: limited maritime patrol assets, vast coastlines relative to enforcement capacity, dense recreational and commercial traffic, and constrained budgets. Pilot one node on the segment that troubles you most. Scale to a full coastline as the picture justifies it.
